2025-26 School Year Screening Dates: 

Friday, September 12th, 2025: 9:00 - 11:00 am at Irving Pertzsch Elementary

Wednesday, October 1st, 2025: 5:00 - 7:30 pm at Northern Hills Elementary (during guardian-teacher conferences)

Friday, November 7th, 2025: 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Eagle Bluff Elementary

Friday, January 9th, 2026: 9:00 - 11:00 am at Northern Hills Elementary

Wednesday, February 18th, 2026: 5:00 - 7:30 pm at Irving Pertzsch Elementary (during guardian-teacher conferences)

Friday, March 20, 2026: 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Eagle Bluff Elementary
 
Screening Details:
The screening provides a developmental overview of any child between the ages of three and five years old living in the Onalaska School District boundary. Guardians will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding their child's development, and their child will participate in a play-based screening.
