Student Information Update
The School District of Onalaska has officially transitioned to Skyward as its new student and family information system. Please note: All families with students enrolled in one of the district's schools will already have a Skyward account. Part of the transition to Skyward included migrating student and family data. To access your account:
Step 1: Login to Skyward Family Access
-
Visit Skyward Family Access
-
Click "Forgot Your Username or Password?"
-
Enter the email address associated with your PowerSchool account.
-
Check your email for a password reset link from Skyward, follow the prompts, and log in.
Step 2: Review, update, and verify your information by completing the "Returning Student Registration" form
Once logged in, make sure you are on the "Family Access" or home page. If you are not and are instead starting on the "New Student Enrollment" form (which you do not need to do), navigate to the top of the page near the home button and click the down arrow and click on "Family Access." Once on the Family Access page, you will see a number of tiles. Find and open the "Returning Student Registration" tile to review your family and student information. Please make any necessary updates and once completed, submit the form.
Important notes:
- If you have more than one child in our district, you will need to scroll down to see the individual tiles for each of your students, rather than the "View All Students" section at the top. You will need to complete this form for each of your students.
- Only one form can be completed per student. If a form has already been submitted for your student, but you would like to update your contact information, you can do so by opening the "Student Profile" tile.
- Information about your child's teachers and schedules will not be live until later this summer.
- If you are experiencing issues with your Skyward account, please reach out to sishelp@onalaskaschools.com.

School Meals, Accounts, and Payments
As we prepare for the new school year, we're excited to introduce RevTrak, a new online payment system for school meals and other student fees as part of our transition to our new student information system.
All families, including returning and new families, will need to create a RevTrak account before the start of the school year. Every household must register in the new system to manage meal balances and make online payments. To register:
- Login to Skyward Family Access
- Click on the "Fees & Fee Payments" tile
- Click on the "Make a Payment" link in the top right right (both on desktop and mobile)
- You will now be able to create a RevTrak account to manage your student's school fees, payments, and meal balance
Additional links
- Free and Reduced Lunch program
- Meal Prices *Currently listing prices for the 2025-26 school year, this will be updated closer to the start of school
- Monthly Menus *Updated closer to the start of the school year
Transportation
The School District of Onalaska partners with Go RiteWay to safely transport students.
All students that need transportation must have a new Bus Agreement submitted each year. The deadline to submit a bus agreement for the 2026-27 school year is July 23, 2026. Any agreements submitted after could delay your routing. You can find the Bus Agreement for the 2026-27 school year here.
There are additional steps after filling out a Bus Agreement including bus badges, how to access your bus route, and information on how you can receive timely updates on daily arrival times. You can find these details, and answers to frequently asked questions, on our district transportation page.

Eagle Bluff Elementary
Dear Eagle Bluff Families,
Our staff hopes that you are having a great summer with days that are packed with fun adventures, activities, and plenty of well-deserved downtime.
School is such an important part of growing up, and our team at Eagle Bluff is excited to be a part of this journey with your children. We are fully dedicated to our mission: “Working together to ensure high levels of learning for all students.” This mission only works when we do it together, and our families are a key part of our team. We are so grateful for the energy, time, and heart you invest in partnering with us.
We would like to offer a special welcome to the families that are joining the Eagle Bluff community for the first time this year. We know that choosing a school is a decision built on trust, and we are incredibly grateful that you have chosen to partner with us. Please know that we do not take this responsibility lightly, and our dedicated team is committed to working hard every day to exceed your expectations.
SOARING WITH EAGLE PRIDE
Our school motto is "Soaring with Eagle Pride." We teach, practice, and celebrate these positive behaviors daily. Throughout the year, we use quick refreshers to reinforce these expectations. Our students show their Eagle Pride by being:
- Respectful
- Responsible
- Productive
- Safe
STAYING CONNECTED AND INVOLVED
We hope you’ll join us and be as involved as possible in our Eagle Bluff community.
We understand that your time is valuable and schedules are tight, but even small ways of staying connected make a big impact. Here are a few great ways to stay involved:
- Participate in PTO events and school listening or discussion sessions.
- Volunteer in our classrooms or during school events.
- Connect daily by asking your child about their day. (If you click on the word “asking” it will take you to a website with examples of questions to ask your child)
Thank you for your continued partnership, trust, and support. Let's make this an incredible and memorable school year!
With gratitude,
Jana Yashinsky
